Today I left a delicious salad that is rich feta cheese and lots of other things. Hopefully will fix the time and also a lot of things that are made disaster. Encouragement for all. I hope you like it, well there who think we are already in operation each year bikini. With this recipe I am going to participate in the contest recipes Mucho Gusto this month looking for the best light recipe.
SALAD WITH FETA CHEESE
Ingredients (serves 6) 4 tomatoes branch
A mixture of lettuce, radicchio, watercress, endive *

100 gr. black olives

Wash the different types of salads and centrifuge or drying, * (anyway for these cases are very comfortable salad mixes that come in bags ready to eat), drain and put in bowl. Add tomatoes washed and cut into wedges or dice, black olives and green olives. Mix a little salt and pepper and vinegar, and gradually add while beating the oil and finally add herb fine choice. Dress the salad with the vinaigrette. Mix well. Finally add diced feta cheese, to avoid damage to the salad dressing.
When it comes to making a vinaigrette put two parts oil and vinegar
* It is important to use good quality vinegar as a bad vinegar can ruin the most delicious dishes.
This is an example of a simple salad, very Mediterranean, sound, light and if you want you can further ease in a matter of calorie-fat cheese making.
