Today I propose a very simple dish but very showy, another way to prepare the tortillas with this ingredient as versatile as it is the egg that goes with everything. Rolled tortillas that we can serve as an aperitif, starter, second course or as a dinner plate prinicpal. With the advantage that they can leave prepared in advance, which is great for us these coming holidays. A dish that also supports other combinations that you can put as your tastes and needs. I hope you enjoy it.
rolled tortillas Ingredients for 6 people or three pieces
For the tortillas:
6 eggs
6 tablespoons milk
6 tablespoons flour dessert
salt and pepper
For the filling
300 gr. spreadable fresh cheese
6 slices of ham large
3 cans of tuna in oil wrung
piquillo peppers and seedless open
Preparation Beat eggs with flour, milk, salt and pepper. In a large skillet, put a little oil, add a third of the beaten egg and let it cook over low heat tortillas on one side. Back to the tortilla and let it cook on the other side. Do the same to get three tortillas. Once done put each one on a piece of foil or film and put up a slice of ham, then spread cream cheese, then pretty well drained, flaked and finally red pepper. Using the paper roll, pushing hard and leave in the refrigerator a few hours. Gorditas slicing before serving and place on plates or dishes.
